Kieron Hodgson
Kieron is an Urban Planner and has circa 20 years’ experience of securing planning permission and delivering development throughout the UK, working across the public, private and voluntary sectors.
Kieron has advised on some of the most complex and high-profile planning, housing and renewal projects in Europe, prominent constructed examples including Ascot Racecourse, the Arundel Great Court river palace, Kings Cross central and the Bond Street Crossrail stations.
Kieron is currently advising on major new residential, office, hotel, leisure and mixed use developments across the UK for a diverse range of landowner, occupier, fund, finance, investor and developer clients with real estate and business interests in London, across Europe and increasingly within China, the UAE, Kuwait, India and Singapore, providing Kieron with global access, perspective and insight.
Kieron’s confident, proactive approach and broad sector experience enable him to consider all the angles on a project to quickly identify opportunities and mitigate planning risk, before applying his through knowledge of planning law, policy and the operation of politics in decision making, to develop innovative and bespoke strategies to secure planning permission, crystallise value and thereafter drive the delivery of development on site.
